At this stage, the team will lay the final groundwork. This includes installing public lighting pedestals, paving the driveways and installing fencing and garden fixtures. During this stage, the site will be cleared of all waste, leftover materials, and unnecessary equipment.
Landscaping

Once the site is clear the landscapers and gardeners will install all the external furniture, fixtures and plant the trees, shrubs and lawns.
