Roof works
Start October 2024Expected to end TBC
Status: in progress
Looking out at the site, it is now easier to imagine the completed building. Now that the building has foundations, floors and walls, the next logical step is raising the roof. After fitting the roof and windows, the team can get to work on the interior. Before the team can fully weatherproof the site however, there are a few jobs to do.
This milestone includes
Top floor cladding
Start November 2024Expected to end December 2024
To give the building an attractive facade and allow it to blend into its surroundings, the team will now apply a layer of cladding to the top floor.
Installing the solar panels
Start December 2024Expected to end December 2024
As a company with renewability at our core, adding high-efficiency solar PV panels is a must.
Roof terrace completions
Start October 2024Expected to end January 2025
The roof terrace phase in construction is the stage where the structural and finishing elements of a rooftop space are built. This includes waterproofing, installing insulation, laying flooring, adding railings or safety barriers. It follows the completion of the main roof structure and waterproofing, focusing on creating a functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor area.
