All that remains now is to open up the site and tidy the grounds. There's a little housekeeping to complete before we can welcome residents to their new homes.

At this stage, the team will lay the final groundwork. This includes paving the driveways and installing fencing and garden fixtures. During this stage, the site will be cleared of all waste, leftover materials, and unnecessary equipment.

Landscaping

nce the site is clear the landscapers and gardeners will install all the external furniture, fixtures and plant the trees, shrubs and lawns.

Technical Tour
